What you will do

• Oversee monthly/quarterly/yearly close processes, consolidations, and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and evolving regulations.
• Drive finance transformation projects including AI/automation, policy implementation, and public-company readiness.
• Lead post-acquisition integrations, ERP conversions, and accounting policy convergence.
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team while partnering cross-functionally.
• Promote control culture and process improvements to support business scaling.

Requirements

• CPA designation required.
• 10+ years in finance/accounting, with significant financial reporting leadership and US GAAP experience.
• Strong leadership to manage multi-functional accounting team.
• Exceptional communication to present to executives and non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in fast-paced environment.
• Business acumen; US healthcare or SaaS experience as asset.
