Salary: $150,000 - $350,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize integrations between AI frontier models (e.g., Grok) and government systems and data environments.
• Develop custom SDKs, APIs, and developer tools tailored for government and enterprise developers.
• Collaborate with agency stakeholders to prototype and iterate on technical solutions based on real-world feedback.
• Ship production-grade code and features with a bias toward speed, simplicity, and measurable impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/STEM or 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building scalable systems, APIs, or AI/ML applications.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, or agentic systems.
• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Green Card holder, Refugee, or Asylee) to conform to ITAR regulations.
• Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and travel up to 20% to government sites.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with government or public sector technology environments.
• Prior work on AI safety, governance, red-teaming, or responsible AI deployment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or developer tools.
