What you will do

• Act as the primary technical authority on-site for strategic Lighthouse accounts to resolve real-world friction points.
• Design and implement data architectures that accelerate AI/ML training pipelines across hybrid-cloud environments.
• Build custom integrations, automation scripts, and last-mile solutions to bridge the platform and client infrastructure.
• Identify new business problems and expansion opportunities as a technical scout.
• Partner with the Rotational Sustaining Engineering team to translate field bugs into core product features.
• Translate complex technical hurdles into actionable insights for data scientists and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in GPU orchestration, AI/ML data pipelines, and high-performance file systems (NFS, SMB, S3).
• Mastery of high-speed networking (InfiniBand, RoCE, 100GbE+) and distributed environment debugging.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or C++ to write production-grade tools and API integrations.
• Strong Linux internals knowledge, including kernel tuning, storage stack performance, and Kubernetes/Docker.
• Must be based in Texas, US.
