What you will do

• Own development of new ChatGPT and hirify.global API features end-to-end for public sector customers, on-premises and cloud.
• Partner with engineering, security, and compliance to enable products in unique environments.
• Engage directly with users to understand problems and design solutions.
• Collaborate with research to iterate on models and develop public sector-specific solutions at model and data layers.
• Work cross-functionally with engineers, researchers, PMs, designers, and operations to build products.
• Optimize applications for speed and scale in high-stakes settings.

Requirements

• US Citizen
• 9+ years of relevant engineering experience at tech/product companies
• Proficiency with JavaScript, React, and web technologies
• Proficiency with backend language (Python used)
• Experience with infrastructure like Kubernetes and Terraform
• Interest in AI/ML and public sector use cases
• Ability to move fast in ambiguous environments with competing priorities
