Salary: $132,900 - $234,370 (annual base, varies by location)

What you will do

• Collaborate with AI Red Teams to design and implement adversarial AI capabilities for autonomous agents, computer vision, RF/EW systems, translating research into production code.
• Build modular red-teaming framework with user interfaces (CLI, web UI, APIs), workflows, and documentation for repeatable evaluations.
• Integrate open-source, commercial, and custom solutions with packaging, versioning, dependency management.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security scans, deployments to cloud/containerized environments.
• Implement observability using Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry for traceability and reliability.
• Coordinate across classified (onsite) and unclassified (remote) environments, optimize GPU workloads, champion secure DevSecOps practices.

Requirements

• US Citizen with TS/SCI clearance required; ability to work in classified/unclassified environments.
• Hands-on experience building tools/frameworks with GitLab, cloud, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines.
• Containerization (Docker, Podman) and Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments via IaC (Ansible, Helm).
• High-quality documentation (design specs, runbooks, API guides).
• Microservices development (Python preferred); AI agents (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain/LangGraph).
• Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow); familiarity with AI security/adversarial ML.

• Systems engineering, software architecture, TDD, secure-coding, STIGs.
• Vector databases (AWS OpenSearch, Weaviate); modern web frameworks (React, NextJS).
