What you will do

• Architect and own production-grade AI pipelines encompassing RAG, multi-step reasoning, and agent orchestration.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with product and clinical teams to translate healthcare workflows into scalable AI experiences.
• Drive zero-to-one initiatives using SOTA LLMs, retrieval systems, and streaming architectures.
• Establish and own the safety and evaluation standards, including observability and production gates.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers through comprehensive design and code reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in software, ML, or AI engineering.
• Proven track record of building and shipping AI or ML-powered products in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python, distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases, and retrieval systems (RAG).
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern DevOps practices like Terraform and CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying LLM-based or multi-agent systems at scale.
• Hands-on work with speech recognition, text-to-speech, or streaming architectures for real-time AI.
• Prior exposure to healthcare or other safety-critical regulated domains.
