Applied AI Architect (AI)

Location: Paris, France. Hybrid policy: staff are expected to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time.

Annual OTE compensation: €190,000–€220,000 EUR, including base salary and target sales commissions or bonuses.

What you will do

• Build technical relationships with global and regional system integrators and cloud partners, including AWS and GCP.
• Enable partner AI practices, support troubleshooting, drive strategic programs, and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Identify high-value, industry-specific GenAI applications and develop joint solutions, reference architectures, and deployment best practices.
• Support strategic customer deals by providing solution architecture guidance and deep technical expertise.
• Represent Anthropic at partner workshops, AWS summits, industry conferences, hackathons, and developer enablement sessions.
• Gather partner feedback on products, use cases, and deployment patterns to inform product roadmaps and partner strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing or partner-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Proven experience partnering with global system integrators or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges from solution design through customer delivery.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and technical communication skills, including communication with executives, engineering teams, and IT stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or professional experience in a relevant field.
