Location: Hybrid in Prague (2–3 in-office days per week)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Mid Market and Enterprise customers across the EMEA region.
- Partner with customers to establish business goals, timelines, and success metrics through success plans and EBRs.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure customer ROI and Net MRR growth.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on work management to provide guidance and solve customer challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product teams to build the CS brand.
- Monitor account metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement churn avoidance strategies.
Requirements
- Full fluency in English and German is required.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or customer-facing roles for mid-market clients.
- Experience collaborating with Marketing, Professional Services, IT, and PMO teams.
- Knowledge of project management, business process redesign, and change management.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership.
- Must be based in or able to work from Prague in a hybrid model (2–3 days in office).
