What you will do

  • Conduct discovery calls, tailored demos, and presentations for the Observe platform to prospective customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by aligning Observe with customers' infrastructure and observability strategies.
  • Qualify prospects and develop a robust pipeline of recurring revenue.
  • Manage full-cycle sales motions, focusing on landing, adopting, and expanding accounts within the region.
  • Execute strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineering, product, marketing, and legal teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Enterprise sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling technical solutions in observability, monitoring, DevOps, infrastructure, or AI/ML.
  • Proficiency in managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to independently prospect and close high-value enterprise client relationships.
  • Experience consistently achieving multi-million dollar annual revenue targets.
  • Must be based in New York, Philadelphia, or Boston.
