TL;DR

Account Executive (Mid-Market) (AI): Driving full-cycle sales for a structured intelligence platform targeting mid-market enterprises with an accent on outbound pipeline generation and executive-level discovery. Focus on designing paid pilots and converting them into long-term enterprise agreements within the COO/CIO/CEO level.

Location: In-person in San Francisco. No hybrid or remote options.

Salary: Base $125K | OTE $250K + Equity

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for enterprises with 1,000 to 5,000 employees.
  • Generate outbound-heavy pipelines and conduct discovery with C-level executives to identify operational pain.
  • Design and deliver paid, tightly scoped pilots to prove value for specific use cases.
  • Convert pilots into enterprise agreements and drive post-pilot expansion across business units.
  • Collaborate with founders to shape positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Travel for demos and workshops as required by deal activity.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of originating and closing 6-figure+ deals.
  • Experience owning a revenue number (candidates from a BDR-only track will not be considered).
  • Ability to lead discovery and navigate political landscapes with CEOs and COOs.
  • Experience as an early AE or founder at a startup.
  • Must be based in or able to work in person in San Francisco.
