TL;DR
Senior Account Director (SaaS): Leading strategic B2B client portfolios and managing the bridge between clients and fulfillment teams with an accent on retention, expansion, and strategic marketing. Focus on driving professional growth of the Account Management team and ensuring exceptional delivery of PersistIQ products.
Location: Remote (Global), but must be located outside of Canada. Must be prepared to work standard business hours in either the Eastern or Pacific Time Zone.

What you will do
- Act as a strategic leader and trusted advisor for high-value B2B accounts, translating business goals into marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Account Directors and AM teams to ensure consistent, high-quality client delivery across PersistIQ accounts.
- Drive account retention and expansion by identifying upsell opportunities and mitigating risks.
- Lead the recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training of new and existing Account Managers.
- Support leadership initiatives to improve the efficiency and delivery of SaaS products and services.
- Represent the AM team in cross-functional strategic discussions and leadership meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide teams and drive initiatives forward.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand operational priorities and revenue-impacting decisions.
- Technical and analytical mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work in Eastern or Pacific Time Zones.
