Location: 100% remote anywhere in France

What you will do
- Identify and close direct sales engagements while upgrading and expanding existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to generate pipeline and revenue within the assigned territory.
- Build strong client relationships and leverage networks to penetrate new accounts or buying centers.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Services teams to generate demand and create compelling business propositions.
- Manage territory forecasts and document all sales stages using Salesforce CRM.
- Orchestrate complex, multi-country or multi-entity deals based on corporate strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 5+ years in enterprise software sales (SaaS preferred).
- Must be based in France.
- Working knowledge and proven selling experience within the SAP space.
- Demonstrated success with value- or outcome-based selling and engagement with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate workflows and improve output.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.

- Experience driving complex sales cycles within a matrixed selling organization.
