Location: Hybrid (Toronto or Vancouver, Canada). Fully remote until offices are established, then transitioning to a 50/50 split between remote and in-office work.

What you will do
- Manage a Book of Business for property management companies to retain and grow revenue.
- Focus on prospecting net new logos (up to 70% of time) and expanding existing accounts.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline creation goals (minimum 3X).
- Collaborate with SDR and CS teams to ensure clients extract maximum value from the platform.
- Utilize Salesforce and Clari to track account performance, renewal forecasts, and sales pipelines.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales or account management.
- Demonstrated expertise in the property/multifamily vertical or a closely related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
