Salary: $215,400 - $290,800

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of capture management professionals to drive profitable growth within the Land Systems division.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies for Training and Simulation (T&S) products and new business models.
• Establish and maintain high-level relationships with DoW officials, military branches, and government agencies.
• Identify and qualify potential opportunities, driving the campaign and capture process from identification to proposal submission.
• Collaborate with corporate Strategy and Business Development teams to position the T&S business for future growth.

Requirements

• BS Degree in business or a related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Aerospace and Defense, specifically in Program Management, Capture, or Business Development.
• 5+ years of experience leading organizations directly or indirectly.
• Proven track record of negotiating multi-million dollar agreements with large defense customers.
• Deep knowledge of US government procurement policies, DoW acquisition processes, and defense budgets.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and capable of obtaining a Secret level clearance.
