Location: Remote (US), with preference for candidates near DMV (DC/VA/MD), Tampa, FL, or NASA hubs (MD/FL) to engage with clients in person.

What you will do

• Lead the full capture lifecycle from opportunity identification to proposal handoff.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with DoD, NASA, and civilian agency stakeholders.
• Build and negotiate teaming and Joint Venture relationships to maximize workshare.
• Drive Black Hat/Blue Team reviews and define solution differentiators for target pursuits.
• Manage and shape a robust pipeline aligned with government agency forecast data.
• Provide strategic inputs, capture insights, and competitive positioning to support proposal development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of capture management experience with federal contractors, with a history of wins at DoD, NASA, or federal health agencies.
• Proven ability to win competitive large-scale contracts exceeding $10M.
• Deep understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles.
• Must be eligible for federal security clearance.
• Must be based in the US to meet security and client engagement requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting 8(a), WOSB, and small business growth strategies.
• Familiarity with GovWin, SAM.gov, and other industry BD platforms.
• Background in communications, innovation, or technology modernization.
• Experience building capture playbooks or BD frameworks.
