Account Sales Manager (FMCG)

What you will do

• Manage product inventory and customer relationships for assigned hirify.global Distribution Company (RBDC) accounts.
• Perform outside sales functions to increase product diversity and sales volume across various store formats.
• Ensure all brand equipment is clean, functional, and meets executional standards.
• Evaluate competitor activities, including new product launches and pricing strategies.
• Meet monthly goals for distribution, pricing, display, and new account setup.
• Protect brand integrity through proper product rotation and optimized in-store flow.

Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card are mandatory.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and advertising displays.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in sales, account management, and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) is a plus.
