What you will do
- Manage overall relationships between North America and customers by cultivating stakeholder connections.
- Negotiate long-term contracts, production pricing, and warranty terms to win new business.
- Act as the primary focal point for all commercial discussions and negotiations.
- Develop and execute customer strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Program Managers to establish recovery plans and notify customers of milestone status.
- Provide market intelligence and input for automotive forecast preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years (preferably 5+) of relevant Account Management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiations and product development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation delivery.
- Ability to manage one or more simultaneous customer accounts.
