Location: Remote (US), requires monthly travel to support key retail partners and business priorities

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base

What you will do

  • Own the Alternative & Specialty channel end-to-end, managing strategy, execution, and performance.
  • Identify and prioritize non-traditional channels including specialty retail, wellness, B2B, travel, military, beauty, and sporting goods.
  • Build and maintain a 12–18 month channel roadmap based on revenue potential, margin, and strategic fit.
  • Scale Faire Wholesale by driving new retailer acquisition, repeat purchases, and product visibility.
  • Develop and execute on-brand promo plans and calendars while maintaining margin awareness.
  • Establish CRM structures and playbooks to track pipeline health, velocity, and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CPG sales experience with direct ownership of multiple accounts.
  • Deep understanding of specialty and alternative channel economics and merchant strategies.
  • Proven track record of expanding distribution, door counts, and off-shelf programs.
  • Analytical proficiency in Excel/Sheets and presentation tools for building models and dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with Faire Wholesale.
  • Ability to travel monthly to support key retail partners.
