What you will do
- Lead and mentor multiple engineering groups, including Technical Leads, Architects, and senior engineers.
- Develop and execute multi-quarter engineering roadmaps to support factory readiness, capacity, and technology transitions.
- Align priorities between Production Engineering, Production, Planning, Quality, and D&E.
- Manage resource allocation and budget discipline to ensure capacity aligns with priority structural initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of structured problem solving and proactive issue resolution within the operational domain.
- Chair data dashboards, utilizing factual analysis to drive operational decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical domain (e.g., mechanical, electrical, optical, chemical, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or physics).
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with a BS, or 8+ years with an MS, in technical environments such as quality or manufacturing engineering.
- 4+ years of experience managing direct or indirect reports.
- Legal authorization to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
- Expert-level analytical skills and proven project leadership experience.
