What you will do

• Identify and eliminate barriers to tactical execution within the wafer fab.
• Manage WIP and interpret Lot Dispatch to ensure efficient wafer movement.
• Coordinate tool and loop downtime in collaboration with module teams.
• Monitor Critical Queue Time (CQT) loops and ensure quality expectations are met.
• Analyze segment graphs and utilization indicators to optimize line performance.
• Support operations to achieve effective Hot Box lot movement.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• Must be able to work on-site in New Mexico.
• Minimum 5 years of operations experience with HS/GED, or 3+ years with an Associate degree, or 3+ years of military experience, or 2+ years in wafer fabrication.
• Proficiency in factory tools such as FSUI, Redwing, and COS dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting lot flow and tool performance data.
• Excellent communication skills for effective passdown and cross-functional coordination.
