What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and process failures on AMAT and Lam Research mainframes.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities according to standardized documentation.
• Evaluate tool performance using SPC charts and FabGuard Fault Detection software.
• Document maintenance tasks and contribute to improving standard operating procedures.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate equipment downtime with production leads.
• Collaborate with equipment engineers on upgrades and complex troubleshooting efforts.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of AMAT 5200 Centura, Producer, Ultima, and Novellus Speed/Sequel systems.
• Ability to read complex schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
