What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of module and manufacturing operations engineers to ensure factory ramp success.
• Drive technology development, feasibility studies, and integrated process solutions to meet device specifications.
• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and process engineering prioritization to improve yield and manufacturing efficiency.
• Oversee equipment modifications to optimize production output, safety, and cost indicators.
• Facilitate technology transfer across sites through training and process audits.
• Partner with integration, device, and yield engineering teams to build robust process solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 6+ years, Master's with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of wafer fabrication engineering experience.
• Proven leadership experience in solving complex technical problems and coaching teams.
• Track record of in-depth analysis and high-impact decision-making.
• Must be able to work on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of Dry Etch process or equipment experience.
• Experience in managing workload, building teams, and cross-functional collaboration.
