Salary: $20.13–$29.53 per hour

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and maintain Delta Mod-Tech manufacturing press equipment.
• Verify work orders, spec sheets, and proofs before production runs.
• Monitor print quality, registration, and debris to maintain strict quality standards.
• Collect and record accurate SPC data using digital measuring devices.
• Troubleshoot machine issues involving tension, pressure, and ink distribution.
• Mentor less experienced press operators and support new product development efforts.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience in flexo press operation.
• Experience with UV coatings, adhesives, inks, and substrates including paper, film, and poly.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with digital measuring tools (calipers, gauges).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization for the US

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience specifically with Delta Mod-Tech’s flexo press operation working with films and poly.
