What you will do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring compliance with HGB, IFRS, local GAAP, and corporate policies.
• Prepare and review high-quality financial statements and management reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and serve as the primary liaison to banks and audit firms.
• Act as a senior finance partner for operations, procurement, HR, and corporate finance teams.
• Optimize ERP-related finance processes (SAP) and support digitalization and process automation initiatives.
• Identify financial risks and control gaps and implement necessary corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
