Salary: $88,000.00 - $107,500.00

What you will do

• Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels.
• Develop marketing plans and draft project briefs to guide campaign execution.
• Build and continuously improve marketing processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Conduct research and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging trends and inform strategies.
• Analyze campaign metrics and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and project timelines to ensure deliverables are on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in a business environment.
• Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, GA, NC, VA, or SC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems and life-cycle marketing.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Knowledge of brand positioning, marketing strategies, and tactics.
