What you will do

• Own lifecycle vision, roadmap, and KPIs across patient journey from intake to reactivation, defining experimentation framework and governance.
• Develop test roadmaps, integrate AI/ML for propensity modeling, predictive segmentation, and automation, partnering with data and engineering teams.
• Identify funnel gaps, scale experiments into programs, and ensure infrastructure supports strategy.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, operations, and marketing for compliant, cohesive experiences.
• Build and mentor multidisciplinary team, establish operational frameworks, and represent performance in executive reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years in lifecycle, growth, or CRM marketing with track record in high-growth environments
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and strong experimentation skills with incrementality measurement.
• Genuine expertise in applying AI/ML to lifecycle marketing with analytical rigor.
• Comfort in regulated environments; HIPAA familiarity preferred
• Deep knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation, and data infrastructure.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
