What you will do

  • Strategically partner with the Sales organization to ensure success for large account segments.
  • Drive account performance by monitoring registration volume, device inventory, and clinical effectiveness.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for assigned customers, liaising with billing, legal, and clinical teams.
  • Train customers on hirify.global service tools like ZioSuite and MyZio.
  • Evaluate customer workflows and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and conduct in-person account management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years in sales, account management, or customer success supporting large/complex accounts.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare, medical device, or biotechnology environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel 30% or higher within the assigned market.
  • Strong ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
