What you will do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain automotive dealer clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners to identify and solve their financing needs.
• Oversee the servicing of the floorplan portfolio to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Perform risk management by monitoring dealership conditions and evaluating creditworthiness.
• Conduct market research to keep services competitive and aligned with industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to fly and drive.
• Ability to travel more than 75% of the time.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, sales, account management, or collections.
• BA/BS in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
