What you will do

• Act as a strategic business partner to GTM leaders, providing guidance on organizational health, performance, and engagement.
• Coach managers in applying performance frameworks and leveraging AI-enabled tools to drive growth.
• Lead key people programs including engagement survey action planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
• Drive the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring alignment with company values.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and design prompts for generative AI tools in HR workflows.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Talent, and Comp & Benefits to embed global people initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in high-growth environments, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong experience supporting GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
• Proven ability to coach leaders and navigate complex organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of US and UK employment law.
• AI fluency and ability to improve workflows using data-informed, innovative ideas.
• Experience with modern HR systems such as Rippling, Lattice, or Lever.
