What you will do

• Integrate AI tools into daily HR workflows, including compensation modeling, workforce analysis, and reporting.
• Automate and redesign core People processes such as onboarding, hiring pipelines, and performance cycles.
• Partner with leaders to manage the full employee lifecycle and deliver agile HR programs.
• Coach managers on performance enablement, career development, and team effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Use data and patterns to diagnose people problems and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, specifically in an HRBP capacity.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and experience embedding AI tools into professional daily use.
• Versatility across performance management, employee relations, compensation, and talent planning.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into recommendations.
• Solid grounding in US federal and state employment law.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
