What you will do

• Develop and execute people strategies and workforce plans aligned with business goals.
• Coach managers and senior leaders on performance management and leadership effectiveness.
• Drive performance review cycles, calibrations, and succession planning.
• Manage merit cycles, promotions, and compensation decisions based on a merit-based philosophy.
• Resolve complex employee relations matters with discretion and empathy.
• Lead change management efforts during reorganizations and business transformations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HRBP.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Ability to leverage HR data and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws (specifically New York).
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.
