What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, owning the people roadmap and partnering on organizational design and team effectiveness.
• Oversee generalist HR activities including performance management, total rewards, succession planning, and talent development.
• Analyze people data to provide actionable insights that align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Champion a culture of engagement and inclusion while diagnosing and solving team challenges.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with US employment laws.
• Support change initiatives and provide clarity on roles, structures, and ways of working.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of HR experience, with significant time as an HR Business Partner or in a senior generalist role.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven experience in growing SaaS companies, specifically supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
• Experience operating as a senior individual contributor and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance HR operations.
