Location: Must be based in or be able to commute daily to the McFarland site in Dateland, AZ

What you will do

• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance on inverters, transformers, battery modules, and DC/AC collection equipment.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting, instrumentation calibration, and basic inverter repairs.
• Prepare and implement switching and clearance orders for power plant systems.
• Operate electrical and mechanical power plant systems and assist with site vegetation management.
• Write and update Plant Orders, procedures, and operating instructions.
• Ensure all operational activities are performed in strict accordance with environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical fundamentals (single craft journeyman skills).
• Proficiency with standard business software; experience with SCADA and CMMS is highly recommended.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to pass random drug and alcohol tests.

Nice to have

• Technical degree, Solar certification, or Energy Storage Certification.
• Experience in energy storage system installation.
• Ability to speak and understand Spanish and Portuguese.
