What you will do

• Perform engineering for projects in the pipeline.
• Complete system designs for PV projects, including site plans, mechanical racking and mounting plans, single-line electrical drawings, BOS location and interconnection details, and labeling.
• Provide engineering support to operations as needed.
• Ensure quality control of all designs and perform designs directly when revisions are needed.
• Understand optimal design applications and limitations of products.

Requirements

• Must be a US resident.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required.
• Experience with Aurora design software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of design experience in renewable energy, photovoltaic systems, electrical systems, and construction practices.
• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE), or related field preferred.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, prioritize, and execute tasks timely.
• Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
