Compensation: €165.9K – €237K (EU) / $188.3K – $269K (US) + Equity

What you will do
- Establish and scale the ISV co-selling motion as a core part of the outreach process for BDRs and Account Executives.
- Design and implement data flows, lead routing, and attribution models within the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo).
- Orchestrate complex co-sell motions and lead systematic account mapping to identify high-yield targets.
- Recruit and onboard strategic ISV and technology partners aligned with 's technical priorities.
- Create playbooks and enablement materials to allow sales reps to leverage partner relationships efficiently.
- Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth and yield.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise software alliances, partnerships, or business development.
- Proven track record of negotiating and scaling co-selling partnerships with ISVs.
- Deep understanding of the DevOps, DevSecOps, or Cloud Infrastructure ecosystem.
- Proficiency with sales management applications like Salesforce and Marketo.
- Must be based in England, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, or the USA.
