What you will do
- Own expansion strategy and execute growth opportunities across a book of business to drive predictable revenue.
- Lead consultative sales conversations by conducting deep discovery to align solutions with business outcomes.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage the end-to-end buying experience, including complex negotiations and objection handling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Account Executives to support account health and adoption.
- Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in account management, expansion, or consultative B2B roles.
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder processes.
- Strong value-based selling skills and ability to tie solutions to business outcomes.
- Experience negotiating and closing moderately to highly complex deals.
- Strong CRM discipline and accurate forecasting capabilities.
- Confident executive-level presentation and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or HR tech industries.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding expansion quotas.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
