Focus on managing complex buying processes, engaging senior stakeholders, and aligning solutions to measurable business outcomes.

What you will do

  • Own expansion strategy and execute growth opportunities across a book of business to drive predictable revenue.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations by conducting deep discovery to align solutions with business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage the end-to-end buying experience, including complex negotiations and objection handling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Account Executives to support account health and adoption.
  • Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene and provide accurate revenue forecasting.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience in account management, expansion, or consultative B2B roles.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder processes.
  • Strong value-based selling skills and ability to tie solutions to business outcomes.
  • Experience negotiating and closing moderately to highly complex deals.
  • Strong CRM discipline and accurate forecasting capabilities.
  • Confident executive-level presentation and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or HR tech industries.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding expansion quotas.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
