TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Dental SaaS): Driving incremental revenue through the sale of dental practice management software and technology with an accent on consultative selling and relationship management. Focus on managing multifaceted buying cycles, identifying practice gaps, and executing strategic outbound selling activities.

Location: Remote within the United States (Preference for candidates within 90 minutes of California, Texas, or New York). Not hiring in Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Louisiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Washington DC, or Puerto Rico.

Salary: Base $75,000 - $78,000; OTE $140,000 - $146,000

What you will do

  • Manage dental prospect sales cycles across the full hirify.global product portfolio.
  • Create detailed business plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct discoveries and demos to deliver value insights to prospects and existing clients.
  • Execute deliberate outbound communication activities to unearth new sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate multifaceted customer agreements and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborate with Henry Schein Dental representatives to drive incremental business.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Practice Management Sales Specialist or SaaS Account Executive selling to new clients.
  • Strong knowledge of market research and negotiating principles.
  • Expertise in consultative selling for complex software and change management.
  • High proficiency in MS Office and relationship management.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • BS or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Specific dental market expertise.
