TL;DR

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year + performance bonuses

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner and point of contact for assigned Enterprise-level accounts.
  • Lead expectation-setting conversations and ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and success measures.
  • Develop and execute account engagement plans to deepen adoption and maximize ROI.
  • Proactively identify gaps and risks, providing strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell motions by connecting client goals to additional HubSpot features and consulting services.
  • Conduct regular Strategic Business Reviews to assess performance and align on future priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or consulting within a B2B agency environment.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Experience with HubSpot, digital marketing, or SaaS consulting (HubSpot certifications are a plus).
  • Proven ability to lead executive-level conversations and manage complex client dynamics.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Teamwork.com, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into business decisions.
