TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Utah, USA). Requires regular in-office days each week.

What you will do

  • Drive expansion revenue by identifying growth opportunities within a book of existing customers.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations to connect hirify.global solutions to real business outcomes.
  • Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders, from day-to-day managers to senior leaders.
  • Manage moderately complex deal cycles from initial discovery through to closing.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Executives to support adoption and overall account health.
  • Maintain high pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in account management, expansion, or consultative B2B roles.
  • Proven experience managing sales conversations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Must be based in Utah to fulfill hybrid in-office requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or HR tech industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in expansion-focused roles.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
