What you will do
- Drive expansion revenue by identifying growth opportunities within a book of existing customers.
- Lead consultative sales conversations to connect solutions to real business outcomes.
- Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders, from day-to-day managers to senior leaders.
- Manage moderately complex deal cycles from initial discovery through to closing.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Executives to support adoption and overall account health.
- Maintain high pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in account management, expansion, or consultative B2B roles.
- Proven experience managing sales conversations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Must be based in Utah to fulfill hybrid in-office requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or HR tech industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in expansion-focused roles.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
