What you will do

• Lead a triad consisting of Designer, Product, and Development Manager to define the roadmap and identify high-impact opportunities.
• Design technical solutions and provide high-quality feedback via code reviews and architecture documents.
• Remain hands-on by contributing code or performing extensive code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
• Manage and mentor direct reports, supporting their career growth and professional development goals.
• Drive hiring initiatives to attract and retain top engineering talent in a competitive market.

• Proven success in people leadership for large-scale SaaS products.
• Strong background in hands-on software development and solving complex technical problems.
• Ability to hire, coach, and retain engineering talent in a fast-paced market.

• Must be based in or local to the Burnaby hub to satisfy hybrid office requirements.
