Senior Manager, Platform Engineering (CMS/DXP): Leading the technology selection, delivery, and operational excellence of enterprise digital platforms with an accent on CMS/DXP modernization and CRM evolution. Location: Must be based in Canada (Hybrid options available)
Salary: $95,000 – $130,000

What you will do
- Lead technology planning, migration, and transition to a modern CMS/DXP ecosystem.
- Oversee the enterprise CRM roadmap and expand platform engineering to include HRIS and grant management systems.
- Develop end-to-end solution architectures connecting platforms, custom applications, and API services.
- Manage external vendors and technical partners to ensure delivery aligns with scope, budget, and timelines.
- Drive the responsible integration and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities within enterprise platforms.
- Build and scale the platform engineering function through talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
Requirements
- Must be currently residing in and legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Minimum 5+ years of technical leadership experience managing engineers and analysts.
- 8-10+ years of experience in platform engineering, architecture, and technical solution design.
- Proven track record of leading complex CMS/DXP migrations (e.g., Contentful, Sitecore, Optimizely).
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud) and cloud environments (Azure preferred).
- Proficiency with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
