What you will do

• Lead technology planning, migration, and transition to a modern CMS/DXP ecosystem.
• Oversee the enterprise CRM roadmap and expand platform engineering to include HRIS and grant management systems.
• Develop end-to-end solution architectures connecting platforms, custom applications, and API services.
• Manage external vendors and technical partners to ensure delivery aligns with scope, budget, and timelines.
• Drive the responsible integration and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities within enterprise platforms.
• Build and scale the platform engineering function through talent development, coaching, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Must be currently residing in and legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Minimum 5+ years of technical leadership experience managing engineers and analysts.
• 8-10+ years of experience in platform engineering, architecture, and technical solution design.
• Proven track record of leading complex CMS/DXP migrations (e.g., Contentful, Sitecore, Optimizely).
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud) and cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Proficiency with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
