What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of 5-8 engineers through regular 1:1s, goal alignment, and fostering high-performing culture.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize work, mitigate risks, and ensure timely high-quality delivery.
• Champion observability, data-driven decisions, root cause analyses, bug resolution, and process improvements.
• Identify staffing needs, recruit top talent, and improve inclusive hiring processes.
• Partner cross-functionally to balance short-term delivery with long-term technical and organizational strategies.
