TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a high-volume book of commercial accounts to drive adoption, retention, and renewal readiness with an accent on data-driven engagement and scalable execution. Focus on monitoring customer health signals, executing remediation strategies for at-risk accounts, and optimizing the Customer Engagement Lifecycle.

Location: Remote (US) — Must be based in PA, FL, OH, TX, NC, or MI. Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Manage a high-volume book of commercial accounts with accountability for retention and renewal readiness.
  • Guide customers through the Customer Engagement Lifecycle (CEL).
  • Monitor product usage and health indicators to identify risk and execute remediation strategies.
  • Deliver value through scalable digital channels, including email, webinars, and targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewals teams to provide usage insights and customer history.
  • Contribute to internal best practices and CS process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience managing high-volume customer relationships using digital engagement methods.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret product usage data and health indicators.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
