Location: Must be a permanent resident of the United States
Salary: $70,000 – $105,000 per year

What you will do
- Serve as a consultative advisor to independent and charter school clients to align platform use with strategic goals.
- Own net revenue retention for the assigned book of business and manage the renewal process.
- Drive product adoption and execute upsell opportunities to increase client value.
- Monitor account health through CSAT/NPS and usage data to proactively mitigate churn.
- Coordinate with internal teams to remove technical, commercial, or operational roadblocks for clients.
- Maintain data integrity within Totango and Salesforce following internal SOPs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in client success, support, or sales, preferably in SaaS or Edtech.
- Current and continued residency within the United States is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts in a fast-paced environment.
