TL;DR

Salary: $65,000 – $93,000 (Base)

What you will do

  • Lead and expand long-term enterprise customer relationships to drive positive business outcomes based on client KPIs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing actionable insights from platform data to help clients achieve their business goals.
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks by implementing proactive retention measures and enhancing customer experience.
  • Drive user engagement and platform adoption, ensuring users recognize the business value provided by the tool.
  • Develop deep subject matter expertise across the entire hirify.global product portfolio.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing space and current trends.
  • Proven client-facing experience with strong relationship-building and rapport-establishing skills.
  • Analytical and consulting mindset with the ability to translate complex data into a narrative.
  • Experience producing high-quality client-facing materials and presentations.
  • Must be based in or able to work in the Burlington, MA area.
