What you will do
- Lead and expand long-term enterprise customer relationships to drive positive business outcomes based on client KPIs.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing actionable insights from platform data to help clients achieve their business goals.
- Identify and mitigate churn risks by implementing proactive retention measures and enhancing customer experience.
- Drive user engagement and platform adoption, ensuring users recognize the business value provided by the tool.
- Develop deep subject matter expertise across the entire product portfolio.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing space and current trends.
- Proven client-facing experience with strong relationship-building and rapport-establishing skills.
- Analytical and consulting mindset with the ability to translate complex data into a narrative.
- Experience producing high-quality client-facing materials and presentations.
- Must be based in or able to work in the Burlington, MA area.
