Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 a year

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Develop customer lifecycle strategies and milestones to maximize value realization.
  • Collaborate with Sales to support renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to the product team to shape the roadmap.
  • Create best practices, playbooks, and scalable processes for the CS organization.
  • Guide senior stakeholders on change management, adoption, and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar customer-facing roles within enterprise SaaS.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of developing strategies and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude to engage productively with product and engineering teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
