What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Develop customer lifecycle strategies and milestones to maximize value realization.
- Collaborate with Sales to support renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer to the product team to shape the roadmap.
- Create best practices, playbooks, and scalable processes for the CS organization.
- Guide senior stakeholders on change management, adoption, and ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar customer-facing roles within enterprise SaaS.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven track record of developing strategies and driving measurable outcomes.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
- Technical aptitude to engage productively with product and engineering teams.
- Bachelor's Degree.
