TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers to ensure strategic goal achievement and value realization with an accent on long-term relationship building and product adoption. Focus on driving renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the post-sales experience.

Location: Remote within the US (Specific targets: Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale)

Compensation: $55 - $62 per hour plus commission

What you will do

  • Develop trusted relationships with C-level and operational sponsors, acting as a strategic advisor for digital business topics.
  • Create data-driven success plans aligned with clients' Key Business Objectives to ensure ROI and value realization.
  • Drive product adoption and utilization across large distributed organizations using change management principles.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to manage renewals and identify meaningful upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to drive customer-centricity.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and public speaker, sharing industry best practices at events and workshops.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-touch enterprise customer success, account management, or consulting.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong expertise in Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, and A/B testing.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with C-level executives and impacting business decisions.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience with subscription-based SaaS business models.
