What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customers to drive business value and optimal product leverage.
• Act as a strategic partner to align product features with customer business needs and drive adoption.
• Identify upsell opportunities by mapping hirify.global services to customer objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between the customer and product management regarding the product roadmap.
• Lead customer meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic business reviews.
• Implement engagement strategies to maintain high satisfaction and minimize churn.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success managing complex organizations (Fortune 500 / Global 2000).
• Proven experience in a software or SaaS environment focusing on growth and retention.
• Proficiency with Gainsight and Salesforce is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings with executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20%
