What you will do
- Craft product messaging and narratives that highlight value propositions and competitive advantages.
- Develop customer-facing materials including presentations, datasheets, case studies, ebooks, and white papers.
- Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to derive actionable insights.
- Create and maintain sales tools, such as battlecards, to effectively position the product against competitors.
- Enable the sales team through training on messaging and maintaining a searchable library of product assets.
- Gather customer feedback through interviews and surveys to inform product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing roles for enterprise software companies within the networking/IT industry.
- Must be based in North America.
- Technical aptitude in networking, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts (writing samples required).
- Experience operating within a global organization across different time zones and cultures.
Nice to have
- Specific experience with Network Observability, Network Monitoring, NetFlow, and Packet data.
- General knowledge of leading vendors in the Network Observability market.
- Familiarity with Monday.com, Gong, Highspot, Slack, and Confluence.
