What you will do

• Lead the technical strategy for Greenfield accounts in the Nordics, providing strategic guidance on data and AI architecture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to VP+ and BU-level leaders to drive alignment during negotiations and ensure technical commitment.
• Abstract architectural learnings into reusable patterns and guidance for the wider hirify.global community.
• Deliver measurable business outcomes by moving projects from proof of concept to sustained production adoption.
• Mentor junior and professional Solutions Architects on technical discovery and use-case prioritization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical and client-facing roles.
• Deep expertise across the data landscape, including Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and GenAI.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across competing constraints.
• Experience leading technical discussions and solving high-complexity, multi-account architectural challenges.
• Must be based in Sweden or Denmark.
• Excellent communication skills suited for top-tier customer interactions.
